The key thing is to be aware of your self-sabotage, aware of what it does and how it works (in your example, it&#039;s a matter of  &#039;overeating&#039; after doing lots of chores). And then, well maybe then we can do something about it.

As regards Tiger Woods. It just goes to show how bad things can get if it goes unchecked...
